To get started, you need a FiireEngine. This is the server, the main brains. You only need one for the whole house. It’s powerful, and can store a massive 6,000 GB of media and stream several high-def movies simultaneously to any FiireStations in the home. You can connect all the a/v devices in your home to the FiireEngine, like DVD jukeboxes, HDTV tuners, PVR’s, etc., and it will share those devices with all the FiireStations in the home, so all your a/v gear can be hidden in one place, and in each room you have nothing but your flat panel TV and a FiireStation hidden invisibly behind it. The FiireEngine also recognizes any new plug and play devices you connect in the home, like IP cameras, VOIP phones, mobile phones, network music players, etc. And it includes a home automation engine to control lighting, climate, home security and surveillance. Plus, it’s a full featured phone system. You can connect the FiireEngine to a TV to use it as your first media zone, or you can put it, and all the a/v gear connected to it, in a closet out of site. |

| Add a FiireStation wherever you want to playback your media. This is the first and only media player designed for flat panel TV’s. Even the latest media players on the market still sit horizontally on a shelf in an equipment rack and are, therefore, designed for the old CRT tube TV’s that sit horizontally on top of your equipment rack. Did you feel robbed when you bought your flat panel TV, hoping to get the nice clean look you see in magazines of a bare wall with only a thin TV on it, but then realized you still need all those ugly set top boxes and nasty cables to actually get the media to the TV? Not with a FiireStation. It mounts invisibly and silently behind your flat panel TV, includes a full HD PVR and media player, and can still display and control all the legacy a/v devices you connect to the FiireEngine. |

The FiireChief with its gyroscope inside is unlike any remote control you’ve seen. It has the full gamut of legacy buttons you’d expect to see on any remote. But, once you take a few minutes to learn the basic gestural controls you won’t need to use them anymore. You can control every device in your home using only the 3 buttons in the middle and simple gestural motions. It is much faster and more comfortable than any other remote. The right button is for lights & volume. Press it and wave the remote up and down to adjust the lights, and left and right to change the volume. The left button replaces all your media control. Press it and move up and down for the ‘skip’ action, such as changing channels while watching TV, tracks on a CD, or chapters on a DVD. The faster you move, the faster the media skips, with your guide data and chapter list presented visually. A normal TV’s EPG guide has 2 weeks of programming on 300 channels. That’s over 100,000 hours of TV listings. But the traditional EPG guide only shows you about 10 hours at a time; 2 hours x 5 channels. So you’d have to hit ‘page’ down 10,000 times with a normal I/R remote to really see what’s on. But with the FiireChief, just wave your hand and the guide whizzes by graphically with all your channels and shows presented as pictures and icons, and the speed of the movement corresponds to the motion of your hand. Find any show in only a couple seconds, with only 1 button push. The same graphical 3D navigation system lets you browse the thousands of songs, photos and movies you have stored on the FiireEngine. |

You can add a variety of accessories to expand the capabilities of Fiire, such as HD TV Tuners, IP Cameras, VOIP phones, etc. All the accessories shown here are completely plug and play and seamlessly integrate into the Fiire ecosystem.
